Monthly BOARD MEETING
The next Board meeting will be held June 12, 2012, 7:00 pm, at the Villas Club House.

2012 Assessments are due!!
All annual assessments were due by March 31, 2012.  All assessments paid after April 1, 2012 MUST include the $67.50 late fee!

All late annual assessments will have a lien filed against the property if not paid by June 30, 2012.
